Tuesday Evenings
Join us weekly for zazen (seated meditation) followed by dharma (Buddhist teachings) reading and discussion.
Thursday Mornings
Join us bright and early for zazen followed by chanting the Heart Sutra.
First Tuesdays
Join us for zazen and kinhin (walking meditation) followed by a formal evening service.
Full Moon Evenings
Join us for zazen followed by a formal Full Moon Service.
