Tuesday Evenings
Join us weekly for Zazen (sitting meditation) followed by Dharma reading and discussion.
Thursday Mornings
Bright and early for Zazen (sitting meditation), followed by chanting the Heart Sutra.
First Tuesdays
Zazen (sitting meditation) and Kinhin (walking meditation), followed by formal service.
Full Moon Evenings
Extended Zazen (sitting meditation) followed by a formal Full Moon Service.
